Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Short Breaks are for a minimum of two nights.

Bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure, except where special times have been arranged with the proprietors.

A non refundable 25% deposit is required on booking, the balance due six weeks before entry.

Bookings made within six weeks of the holiday commencement date should be accompanied by a cheque for the full cost of the holiday, including optional extras.

When the balance of the holiday is paid, final details of the property and key holder information will be forwarded.

Notice of cancellation must be sent by registered post or recorded delivery letter. In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the Cottage but if this is unsuccessful the balance will be payable. Please note that the deposit is non refundable.

The maximum number of clients (excluding babies in cots and one z-bed in certain cottages) allowed in each house is clearly stated in the Price List and extra guests may not be accommodated.

Dogs must be kept under strict control at all times and must not be left unattended. A pet basket or bedding must be brought by the hirer. Under no circumstances are pets to be allowed on beds, chairs or settees. Guests are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy manner.

Guests will be responsible for any damage or breakages to the property, fixtures or fittings incurred during occupancy. This includes accidental chips to crockery and glasses which have to be discarded.

Dron Court Holidays nor individual cottage owners accept responsibility or risk for loss or damage to any property (including vehicles) belonging to the holidaymaker and/or his/her party or of any person entering the property with the permission of his/her party.

All bookings are made on the understanding that the property is available to the holidaymaker on the dates stated. If for any reason beyond the control of Dron Court Holidays (e.g. fire, storm damage, illness, sale or withdrawal of the property by the owner for any reason, etc.) all monies paid by the holidaymaker will be returned in full. Dron Court Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, expense or inconvenience made to the holidaymaker and the holidaymaker shall have no claim against them.

Dron Court Holidays reserves the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with these Conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of other holidaymakers and residents of Dron Court.
